Health officials warn of common signs of heat stroke and other illnesses

KAMLOOPS — As temperature rise so does the risk of heat illnesses.

With temperatures expected to hit 36 degrees in Kamloops Sunday, Health BC officials are warning people to drink plenty of water and stay in a cool place as much as possible to avoid falling ill.
