Bohemians in Brooklyn

Feb 23, 2018 | 9:36 AM

Mixing classical chamber music, history, storytelling and original popular song, Bohemians in Brooklyn is the story of the brownstone in 1940’s Brooklyn where WH Auden, Benjamin Britten, Carson McCullers, and Gypsy Rose Lee all lived together in creative and chaotic harmony.

The Kamloops Symphony is excited to present singers Patricia O’Callaghan and Bryce Kulak, harpist Lori Gemmell and storyteller Tom Allen for a potent mix of cabaret, social history, very juicy gossip, glorious music and all parts fun.  This special event performance is taking place on Saturday, April 21 at 7:30 pm in The Rex Hall, 417 Seymour Street.

Tickets are $40, and available online from Eventbrite, or calling the KSO office at 250-372-5000.
