Storm detonate scoring, blow out Sicamous

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Storm had their biggest scoring explosion of the season in an 8-0 win over the Sicamous Eagles.

Seven players scored goals and 13 had at least one point.

Yewta Plamondon scored twice and set up another goal.

Nathan Weninger also had three points with a goal and two assists.

Single goals came from Brett Mero, Kaine Comin, Hayden Hirsch, Ethan King and Reid Perepeluk.

Jordan Wilde made 42 saves for the shutout while the Storm scored eight times off 60 shots.
