KAMLOOPS — Another slow start on home ice cost the Blazers another game.     The Prince George Cougars took a 3-0 first period lead and went on to a 5-4 win.    The Blazers managed to close the gap to a goal, but then gave up a shorthanded goal late in the game before Garrett Pilon finished off the scoring in the final minute.    Dylan Garand took the loss in net in his second start in the last three games.    With the win Prince George moves four points ahead of the last place Blazers.
