KAMLOOPS — Police are hoping technology will help nab the suspects responsible for Thursday night’s shooting in the west end.

Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Nestor Baird says RCMP are looking to speak to anyone who may have video survillance or dash camera video footage that captured any part of Summit Drive between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Thursday.

The plea comes after 34-year-old Red Scorpions Co-Founder Koonam Shirzad was gunned down and and killed outside a residence on Hudson’s Bay Trail just after 7 p.m.

A 28 year old man also suffered non-life threatening injuries from a gunshot.
