Tournament Capital Games look to grow

KAMLOOPS — When you think of multi-sport events, the Olympic is the first one that comes to mind.

But there is a movement ini sport recently which is making multi-sport events more accessible to the everyday athlete, and the weekend warrior.

This past weekend the city of Kamloops put on its own version: the Tournament Capital Games were held at a variety of venues throughout the city.

While the first Games were considered a success, there is room to grow.

The inspiration behind the event is the Huntsman Games, held every year in Utah, and attract thousand of athletes every year.

Storm and Heat both drop Saturday games
