KAMLOOPS — Former Kamloops Classics swimmer Megan Dalke, who now competes for UBC, was part of the team that set a new USport record in the 200 free relay at the Canadian university championships.

Dalke, who also captured two individual silver medals and a bronze medal, helped the UBC women win the overall team title.

While TRU did’nt have any swimmers at nationals, one athlete from the WolfPack swim team won an award.

Jagdeesh Uppal is the recipient of the USport Male Swimmer Community Service Award.
