Vibe’s Fisher a Fort Knox in net

KAMLOOPS — In two months the eyes of the hockey world will be on Kamloops as the best female hockey players on the planet compete for the world championship.

At the same time the Kamloops Vibe will be hosting the Western Shield, featuring the provincial champions from across western Canada.

If the Vibe’s goaltender stays as hot as she’s been all season, the Vibe will have a good chance of winning their fourth western Canadian championship — this one on home ice..
